my baby is 4 month old his face and body has small bumps and dry im using himalaya baby lotion then also is not going what to do

KAVITAMom of a 1 yr 2 m old boy8 months agoA. It could be due to dryness, use Johnson's Baby Cream or Lotion. it keeps drynes away and maintain the ph balance of the skin and moisturized upto 24hrs, you will get results within 2-3 days. Just not let the skin dry,
