Q.
my baby is 4 month old..he is continuously sucking only on my right side chest..on my left side getting stony nd it is very painful to me while squeezing the milk out...by chance if he suck on to the left side,while sucking it is very painful to me..what should I do for that to suck on to my left side..

please take warm water bath and give gentle massage on affected area and drain out milk from it twice a day
please give plenty of breast feeding to your child left side
it becomes normal after some time
it happens due to accumulation of milk in milk dukts
