Q.
My baby is 4 month old and she weighs 4.6kg..she born with low birth weight 2.2kg birth weight..what can I do to gain weight..she is not taking proper feed..she gets very cranky during each feed. what can I do? Please suggest

very hungry baby may become cranky so feed on demand based on the hunger cues signs of baby
if passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient
