My baby is 4 month and 3 days old. He is suffering from face acne. please suggest the solution... attachment given below

A. these are severe rashes please reach the doc and get a thprough chk up done and then accordingly treatment... maintain hygiene use Babyhug baby skin care products or Babyhug pro products...
