Q.

my baby is 4 month 2 days old and completely in breastfeeding. his weight is 7 kg. he is having cold and fever from last night. we are giving paracetamol 4 hourly once 0.5 ml. please advise the dosage for t minic drops per day

A. dear mum.. avoid self n suggested meducation. yiur baby is too young, clinical examinatiob is needful to advice the right choice of medicine. better to consult ur doc.
