my baby is 4 month 18 days and he always put his or our hands in his mouth and bite on it may be its due to mouthing or teething but from 2 days he has spitting out curd type milk out and water always came from his mouth may I know is it normal?

A. hi kids show mouthing phase. during the teething phase there are signs like soarness and itching in the gums, swoolen and hardened gums, loss of appetite, loose motions and low grade rise in body temperature
