hi Doctor my daughter is 18 months old. from 4 days she is getting fever off and on means for sometime her body temperature will b high and after some time she goes to normal.she is keeping fingers spoons in mouth I guess teething. so please help me know that is she getting fever due to teething or may b other reason. she is active .

A. check the temperature of the baby in the axilla if the temperature in the axilla is more than 99 degrees Fahrenheit in the future is persistent for 4 days it is always advisable to consult doctor
