My baby is 4 and half month old now and her weight is 4.700 kg. How to understand my milk is not sufficient for baby and kindly advice how to gain weight

A. Namaste Mom Monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight If the baby is gaining weight gradually and also is active and playful and sleeps well then these are good indicators that your feed is sufficient
