Q.

my baby is 4 and half month old he has nose block since birth ..i am using nasoclear drop and till now i used 10-15 nasoclear drop bottles for my baby.. any other solution for his nasal congestion. i used delcon drop aslo ..for 7 days .these all work temporarily. is there any side effect for nasoclear drops or any other solution to cure permanently his nasal congestion

A. yes it is ok. Mild cough and cold may be due to any wheather changes . Medicine should be avoided and only steam should be given to baby 2 to 4 times in a day .if cough is troublesome then asthakind LS can be given to baby 3 times in a day .
