Q.
my baby is 4.5 months old . I have to join back my office. is it safe to give outside milk or powder/ formula??

When mother cannot feed baby, then the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk. You should not start giving outside milk but you can start giving formula milk to your baby. It also contains all the nutrition is baby need so there is no need to give anything else to 6 months.
