my baby is 4.5 kg now, 14 weeks old.. his birth weight was 2.045 kg... he is exclusively breastfed. should I top up formula to increase his weight??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, your baby has gained 2.5 kg in 14 weeks which is a normal weight gain. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. That’s the most healthy way to gain weight. Avoid giving formula.
