my baby is 3years old and having dry skin he is itching in his legs and hands can you suggest best shampoo and body wash for my baby

As the skin is dry then stop using soap.
This can further dry the skin.
U can buy babyhug head to toe milky wash for ur baby ..This will help to moisturize the skin leaving it soft and smooth and give relief from dryness. Then apply babyhug 24 hours moisturising lotion after giving bath to ur baby
