Please consult a paediatrician for this because your child is actually quite under where as of now and it is a major matter of concern as of now I would have definitely advise you to increase the content of veg and non-veg protein into your child diet but it is equally going to be important to have a physical assessment also to figure out why the weight gain of the child is getting hampered and not happening as it should have happened
