Q.

my baby is 3months old ....he is only 3.6kg...as per the ideal weight he should be 4 and above....how to increase his weight

A. as baby can only breast feed only at this age, try more frequent feeds for the baby, if u feel the weight gain is not adequate. also check if ur breast supply is adequate, baby is having proper match, and also taking both foremilk and hindmilk have healthy balanced diet rich in proteins, calcium and iron consult the child's paedtrician if weight gain issues not resolved

A. hi dear Growth expectations: As your baby approaches the 3-month milestone, their weight gain will slow down a little. You'll probably see an increase of about 4 ounces a week (110 grams).
