my baby is 3months old and my breastmilk supply is less so I am giving formulamilk for my baby. I want to stop FM so please tell me how to increase breastmilk

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu can take lactare tablet and galactic granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also you should have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
