Q.
My baby is 3month old. All of a sudden he started having watery left eye with yellow sticky discharge. I gave him two drops of breast milk quantity of water and discharge decreased but the problem persists. Checked with pediatric. He gave toba drops 4times daily but more water started to come fromhis eyes. Please help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. avoid putting breast milk in eyes, continue with toba plus do tear ducts massage. a warm, wet towel placed on your babies eyes several times a day, which can help with blocked tear ducts.
Do get checked with Eye specialist to rule out some bacteria or viral infection.

If The dogs are increasing the amount of water into the eyes and stop using it you get it checked with an eye doctor ones it could be maybe some allergy into the eyes which is why this is happening and it is not recommended to put breast milk into the eyes of the child it’s not a good thing to do so please don’t do it
