my baby is 3and half month his abdomen pain regularly what we can do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. neopeptine drops to the baby oo It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine
