my baby is 3 yrs old and she became very gassy I m giving her neopeptine but there is no relief....what should I do

The medicine that you’re giving is basically to regulate the digestion of the child but I think there is some another problem which is why your child could be too gassy I think maybe you’re giving something which is making too much of gas do you need to check what’s that food and if required consult your doctor for that
