my baby is 3 yr old does in this age side teeth comes because he is having pain in side gum due to that he is not able to eat food

A. hello you can massage your baby gum using the soft clean cloth and also it would be better to check with your doctor and the doctor will be able to guide you with a proper examination of the same and advise you accordingly and nothing to worry about
