my baby is 3 yr old but her weight is very less what would I give to her in her diet or supplement to increase her weight.

A. You can add full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight. But as long as the child is eating properly and is active and healthy you need not worry much about the weight.
