Q.

My baby is 3 years ...She is not eating well rice or tea instead of that what I can give her which is good for her health.

A. Child at this age are picky/ choosy eaters. Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals. Feed same food items (menue) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item fir next few days

A. Include a variety of: Vegetables and fruit. Whole grain foods such as whole grain pasta and bread, oats, barley and quinoa. Protein foods such as meat, fish, poultry, dried beans, peas, lentils, nut and seed butters, tofu, eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese and fortified soy beverage.
