My baby is 3 years old now. She can repeat what I am saying but she can't communicate with me as well as she doesn't call me mumma also. What should I do now. I am so worried plss help me.

A. hello usually at least within 3 years the baby should be able to speak some sentences so try encouraging your child and also check with your doctor if speech therapy is needed for the child which will improve this speech in kids and nothing to worry not a problem
