my baby is 3 years old her skin is getting dull can u suggest cream for her face her body remain white her face clr getting dull

A. Cetaphil products are very good to be used so you can use cream for your child under the same brand and the skin is becoming dull even after using best of products to your knowledge then I think it would be good time for you to consult a dermatologist once
