My baby is 3 years old but he is not talking any more jst say muma papa ... kindly help

A. I Think your child is just delayed a little bit with its speech so it would be better that you please consult any ENT doctor 1st and if needed consult and consult a speech therapist as well maybe he will be there able to guide you better as to which all therapies and exercises do you need to go for
