Hi you can use any kids brand toothpaste like oral b junior or fluoridated kids toothpaste like kidodent or pediflor in rice grain size amount along with small head soft bristles toothbrush twice daily.. consult with your nearest Pediatric Dentist for proper clinical examination of the Decayed teeth and it's early treatment
