My baby is 3 year 3 month PL’s her weight is 12.5 kindly suggest medicine as she takes meal 3 times

Medicine for what should I be suggesting that I’m not understanding because the weight of the child is not going to increase with medicines you’ll have to give a balanced diet despite of eating well if your child is not gaining weight you should consult your doctor for sure
