Q.
my baby is 3 weeks old & weighs 2.7kg, is calcium and multivitamin advisable for newborn babies..one of the pediatricians recommended me,but others haven't

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi , I would say if it is advice by ur doctor tha u may gi e as per advice.. rest continue exclusive breast feeding her in every 2 hourly.

Vitamin D and multivitamin is mostly advisable to be given to the child and apart from that there is no other medicine recommended to be given to the child till the time the doctor is not advising you to go for it it’s a good supplement there is no harm giving it
