Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 8 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. Colour of baby depends on race genetics and environment. Use products with skin friendly ph . Sebamed or aveeno products are equally good. It prevents the dry skin. It keeps skin soft and healthy

There I know products to make a child or anyone fancies complexion that a child has is completely natural so it would be good for you if you say happy with the conclusion that because there are no products available in the market to make the complexion fair
