Q.

My baby is 3 months old she is sleeping for more than 4 hours at night should I let her sleep or should I wake her up for every 2 to 3 hrs for a feed Does it affect my breastmilk production

A. Oh please don’t do that let your child sleep peacefully a lot of parents believe that they should wake up the child in the night also to feed but that is not correct if your child is sleeping at a stretch for 5 to 6 hours also in the night then you don’t have to wake up the child because it’s a very common logic to be seen that the child is sleeping that means your child is comfortable and sufficiently full that time so there’s no need to feed the child that time when your child wakes up then you can kindly proceed with feeding your child
