Q.

My baby is 3 months old now, he weighs 5 kg, height 62cm, head circumference 39cm, at birth he was 2.9 kg, now he looks lean as a 1 month baby but he is very active, now head support is good started to roll on Both side. is this a normal ? or under weight.

A. Namaste Mom, Monthly weight gain is expected to be in range of 400 gm to 1kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight

A. Your child has gained 2 kg in three months from which angle do you feel your child would be looking because your child has gained more than 600 g in a month which is better than ideal weight gain it’s all good you don’t have to do anything your child is reaching all the milestone so well you are unnecessarily getting worried about it everything seems very well in place
