My baby is 3 months old now and when I pump breast milk from one side, 50 ml of milk I'm getting, is it enough for her?

A. Hello! The more your baby takes in your breastmilk directly. The better will be the supply. So do not worry about pumping and getting less milk. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby while on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain.
