my baby is 3 months old nd he is spliting saliva very much ,is any worry or any deficiency sign?

Teething could be happening with your child as this could be definitely a sign for that and it is not because of deficiency in general also it can be a casual habit of a child but since your child is three months plus I believe this is the more prominent reason that your child could be having teeth
