my baby is 3 months old know from her left eye water comes and her eye is sticky also

Could be due to some infection or irritation into the eyes of the child you can get a check with your paediatrician one time otherwise if needed for further evaluation you can consult an eye specialist as well whatever is needed as per the situation the doctors are going to advise you accordingly
