Q.

my baby is 3 months old...I'm lactating mother ....can I add curd in my daily routine menu.....till now I hadn't started yet....shall I include it....r not...some people says not to eat curd nd tamarind while breastfeeding is it true...

A. you can take curd because it is a rich source of natural probiotic and will keep your digestion good you can also take some buttermilk or yoghurt but it should preferably not to be much Sour cold refrigerated and preferably prepared at home
