My baby is 3 months old he is on exclusively on breast milk he doing loose kind of poty mostly aftrr every feed when he pass the gas is it thing to worry or not?

A. it's fine. don't worry if she is passing urine frequently, taking feed properly and active.No medication will help & is not needed also. mother should have healthy diet.
