My baby is 3 months old. he is on both bm and fm. should I give him 2/3 spoon plain water?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No not now dear mom, you should exclusively breast feed your baby till Six months and afterwards start weaning foods and water as mother's milk is the complete food for the baby

Hello ma’am There is no need for extra water because the breast feed and formula feed has sufficient water into it to fulfill a child’s thirst so it’s best that u do not fine water to it child befor the age of six MOnths as that’s definitely not recommended at all
