Q.
my baby is 3 months old. for past 1 month he poops once in 3 days. last 2 poops were initially little hard and then soft. he is not comfortable with this. he tries hard to pass stool but is not able to. any remedies. i know its normal not to pass stool for 7 days but he is uncomfortable with it

Yes because your child is possibility hard and loose motion after that is completely fine also I must tell you that your child is having constipation which is common to be seen in this age if the child is generally comfortable then there is no problem
