my baby is 3 months old .. for him from right eye full water is coming with something yellow sticky.

Do nasal massage on area between eyes and nose several times a day to open up the closed ducts.The tear duct obstruction usually clears for mdost babies by one year of age.
if no improvement by the 1 year of age, then probing is advised generally. Consult paediatric opthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and clean the cotton wool.
