My baby is 3 months old .exclusive breast feeding. Passing stool with little blood is due to diaper rash ?

A. Hai good afternoon !! No diaper rash doesn't results in blood stains in stool. Consult Paeditrician about this. If baby is having hard stools then rupture of anal tissue due to harden stool cause blood stains otherwise any infection might be reason. As you are exclusively breast feeding check your diet include more water 💦 and fluids, fruits and vegetables avoid spicy ,heavy foods.
