My baby is 3 months old and is having dry skin peeling off from head.is it normal

Yes That’s cradle That’s with every single child so need not worry about it just oil the scalp properly brush the scalp properly and whatever dry skin is there it will automatically come out into the brush it’s a process it takes about 3 to 4 months to fall down completely but that’s normal and natural
