Q.

my baby is 3 months old and iam breastfeeding. I had soft drinks like coke and sprite not regularly once a while whether it is effected to my Child in any ways like getting cold etc.please clarify the foods which iam taking will be impact on my child?like if eat curd,or soft cool drinks or ice cream will baby get cold due to that.

A. no problem the mother diet will not affect the baby health conditionfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. good evening I would recommend you to avoid consuming all these items if you are breastfeeding the child it will directly have an impact on the baby through the mother's milk so you have to be careful
