Q.

My baby is 3 months old and I am not following any oral routine for him so far, should I start cleaning gums or any other ritual for his oral health?

A. it is important to maintain hygiene of the oral cavity and the tongue. with the help of your clean fingers or with thez help of clean cotton cloth you can clean the oral cavity regularly at least one or two times per day. during cleaning it is always important to examine the oral cavity for any ulcer or rash or some types of rash or pain for thez child

A. Usually while bath. I clean with my fingers. As they consume milk its good to clean everyday Make a habit of cleaning after feeding. Gently cradle your baby in one arm during the cleaning. Use a damp gauze or washcloth, or a silicone baby tongue cleaner. Gently massage their gums, tongue, and inner cheeks
