my baby is 3 months old and his poop is green and watery from past 2 days. is it a concern?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. hello. it happens. .if yiur ba y is active, taking feeds well , urine count is normal, then it is normal at all. try to feed longer from one side then swich to other side.
