hello Doctor, my baby boy is 3.5 months old. doctor from past 2 days he is passing green and watery poop. please suggest what should I do, he has vaccination in coming 2 days.

A. okay no problem with green colour stool. in loose motions baby will be losing lot of water and electrolytes please give ORS coconut water milk and zinc to the baby to avoid dehydration if the baby is getting dehydrated better to see the doct
