A. many times keeping tongue outside is very common in children. it is not commonly associated with any major disease condition. sometimes it might be associated with some syndrome and disease condition in which condition a periodic examination will be required alongr with some investigation. if the growth and development fof the child is within normal limits for age then it is very less likely that the child is having any disease condition even if the child keeps the the tongue outside the oral cavity
