my baby is 3 months and 22 old...I give breast milk only..but she is not gaining weight??? what should I do ...??? Yesterday and today she is having loose motions I don't know why? what should I do???

Teething Maybe happening which is why your child is losing weight of your child is happening with lose motions check the gums of your child also consult your paediatrician for proper course of medication for this and lastly I would like to say if the breastfeeding is not helping in weight can you switch to powdered milk along with it
