My baby is 3 months and 11 days old but still she doesn't do side change ie karvat Lena... Is that OK???

Yup The doctor say that the child can reach this milestone even after the age of 5 to 6 months also so in this case if your child is not doing it as of now it would be completely normal as of now your child should learn to stabilise the head a little bit also
