My baby is 3 months 25 days old he has cold and cough we have given medicine but since we have given medicine then he has been constipated plzzzzzz tell me the genuine medicine or home redemy

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated fac bytor .
As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
