my baby is 3 month old she siplit out milk more and have have smell .I am worried

A. Usually vomiting and spit ups are normal but if you feel that the smell is really bad then it could be just due to digestion related issues and nothing else but if it continues to happen the same way in that case you can just check with your doctor
