Q.

my baby is 3 months old. I am only feeding here breast milk. today when she pass gas smell cones out is it normal?? where as in her stool smell was not there. I am having churan for my constipation.

A. it's very very normal for gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is common to spit the milk after feed,it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally.you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day too for better digestion.

A. you can take Istabgol.. avoid churan my suggestions.. baby will have digestive issue as gas colic indigestion.. give cycling massage of baby legs circular massage of tummy area give tummy time.. use Babyhug indigestion and colic easy tummy roll on..
